This notice explains how Samsara Mind & Body processes data from website visitors and people who contact the business about an enquiry, booking, service or gift card.

Purposes and legal bases
Enquiry and booking data are processed to answer your request, take pre-contractual steps and perform an agreed service (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR); general correspondence may rely on legitimate interests, while invoices and statutory records rely on legal obligations. Hosting security logs may contain IP address, request time and device data. Enquiries and booking correspondence are kept only as long as needed for communication and delivery of the service, then deleted unless longer retention is required by law or for a legal claim. Statutory business records are retained for the periods required by law.
Health data
This website has no form and does not collect health data. Do not send medical documents by email, WhatsApp or Viber. Relevant circumstances needed to adapt a service safely are discussed directly before treatment and limited to necessary information.
Recipients and transfers
Recipients may include KUHADA d.o.o., Gajnice 3, Zagreb, as hosting provider, Google/Gmail, accounting and necessary processors. Communications you initiate through WhatsApp or Viber are processed by their providers. Google Maps loads only after consent. International transfers require an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguards.
Public Google reviews
The site displays selected excerpts from reviews publicly posted on Samsara's official Google Business Profile to present customer experiences, based on legitimate interests. You may request removal or alteration of the displayed excerpt by contacting the stated email address.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object. Consent can be withdrawn through “Privacy settings”. You may complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency. No profiling or legally significant automated decision-making is used.
