Terms of use and business

These terms cover use of the website, enquiries, appointments and gift cards. Mandatory consumer rights prevail.

Contract and booking

There is no cart, online payment or automated booking. A click on a contact channel is not an order. A booking or contract is formed only after both parties confirm the service, price, time, place and additional costs.

Prices and payment

All published prices are final consumer prices. Payment arrangements are communicated and agreed directly at the studio before payment. The website does not provide online payment.

Appointments and cancellation

Cancellation is free of charge. Clients are kindly asked to respect scheduled appointments and communicate any change or cancellation as early as possible by contacting Samsara directly.

Gift cards

Gift cards are purchased only in person at the studio. The website provides no online ordering, payment or delivery. The conditions of each gift card are explained before purchase and stated on the card.

Distance contracts

Where a paid service is concluded exclusively at a distance, statutory pre-contract information and confirmation on a durable medium must be provided. Where applicable, the consumer generally has 14 days to withdraw. Early performance requires the consumer's express request on a durable medium and the legally required acknowledgement. Gift cards are not sold at a distance through this website.

Complaints

Written complaints can be submitted in person, by post to Mala Traba 53h, 52000 Pazin, Croatia, or to samsarabodyandmind@gmail.com. Receipt must be confirmed without delay and a reasoned written response sent within 15 days. Complaint records are retained on a durable medium for one year from receipt. If a complaint is not resolved, the consumer may contact a competent notified alternative dispute resolution body.
